Please explain the Nanny Placement Process?

This is a frequent question I get, so I thought I would answer it today on the Blog. As Charlotte’s most trusted Nanny Agency we pride ourselves on providing you and your family the most customized experience possible. Have you ever looked for a Nanny online and had to weed through Fifty applications only to find Two Nannies that meet your needs? Most busy parents do not have a lot of extra time. That is when Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency comes in. We read through every application we get and determine what kind of family the nanny would work well with. We also phone interview the Nanny, and in person to asses their ability to provide premium Childcare for you. Not all nannies make it through the process. We are always looking out for you and your children’s safety. After the interview process we write a profile for each Nanny with a photo attached. We will give you the profiles and you can pick which Nannies to interview in person. Once interviews are conducted, the family will let me know their feedback. They will then pick who to hire. We will then notify the Nanny, background check the Nanny (Criminal, Credit, Sex Offender Registry, Driving Record). Once Nanny has been fully cleared with a background check they can sign a contract with you, and start providing the best Nanny care in Charlotte. I wrote a blog about the top 5 reasons to use Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency, the link is here: http://www.charlottesbestnanny.com/?p=249
