Qualifications our Families look for:
🦒 Have at least 3 years of professional experience
🦒 Have a college degree or equivalent experience in the industry
🦒 Have a professional resume
🦒 Pass a pre-screening interview with the agency
🦒 Ability to pass a national background check, including driving record check
🦒 Have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
🦒 Have a minimum of three professional references
🦒 CPR and First Aid Certified, or be willing to be CPR certified
🦒 Should be fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus
🦒 Each family makes the decision on if they require the Covid-19 vaccine or other vaccines. Vaccine requirements are listed in the job description.
