At Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency, we know how vital nannies are to the families they work with. For the past 14 years, we have proudly celebrated National Nanny Recognition Week by honoring the dedication, professionalism, and expertise that nannies bring into homes across the Charlotte Metro Area, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

This special week gives us the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the incredible nannies in our communities who go above and beyond every day to support families.

Daily Giveaways & the Carolina Super Nanny Award

During National Nanny Recognition Week, we recognize and thank nannies for all they do for their families throughout the year. To celebrate nannies in our community this year we:

• Host Daily Giveaways – A chance for nannies to win prizes each day as a token of our appreciation.
• Award the Carolina Super Nanny Award – An annual honor given to a nanny who exemplifies excellence in their nanny career, and who also makes a difference in their community.

The Carolina Super Nanny Award has become one of the highlights of the week. It recognizes one outstanding nanny who consistently goes above and beyond for the children and families they work with.

Nominations Now Open for the 9th Annual Carolina Super Nanny Award

We are thrilled to announce that nominations are now open for the 9th Annual Carolina Super Nanny Award!

If you know a nanny in the Charlotte Metro or anywhere in North Carolina or South Carolina who deserves recognition, this is your chance to celebrate them. Whether it’s their unwavering patience, creativity in nannying, or the positive impact they’ve had on your family, we want to hear their story.

One exceptional nanny in the Carolinas will be honored for their extraordinary work with families and their contributions to the nanny community. The award will be presented on Friday, September 26th, 2025, at the end of National Nanny Recognition Week. We encourage all families and nannies in the Carolinas to nominate deserving candidates for the Carolina Super Nanny Award.

Please note: Nannies who have previously received the Carolina Super Nanny Award are not eligible to win again. Our goal is to recognize and celebrate as many outstanding nannies as possible over the years.
