He worked at Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department for 30 years, and conducts very detailed background checks. The background check we provide you includes world-wide Criminal and Civil Records check, Driving Record check, Sexual Predator Check, and a Credit check. We also offer the option to screen your nanny for drugs and alcohol if you would like us to. All drug screenings are optional, and are conducted through Lab Corp. and the results will be provided to the family. The checks and screenings that you choose are performed by professionals in the field. We will give you a detailed report of the findings, so you can make an informed decision when hiring your next nanny.
