It might actually snow 1-3 inches in Charlotte, NC tomorrow! I know that does not seem like much to people from up north, but around Charlotte that’s a blizzard. So in honor of our southern snow day, I have decided to post a recipe for Snow Cream. This is a great activity for children, and will teach them about how to make snow cream, while occupying them for a little while. This is a great memory that many have from their own childhood. We hope everyone enjoys their snow day and Snow Cream, as always we encourage anyone who tries this recipe to share pictures at: www.facebook.com/charlottesbestnannyagency
