Introducing the 2026 Nanny and Household Staffing Survey

We are excited to announce our 2026 Nanny and Household Staffing Survey for nannies and household professionals throughout Charlotte and the Carolinas (NC and SC).
This anonymous survey is designed to help us better understand the current state of the nanny and household staffing industry in our region. By gathering real-time data directly from the professionals doing this important work, we hope to provide meaningful insight into compensation, benefits, workplace expectations, professional development needs, and community interests.
The survey will ask nannies and household staff to share information about hourly pay, benefits received, desired compensation packages, training interests, and the types of community events or resources they would find valuable. All responses are completely anonymous, and we encourage participants to answer openly and honestly so the results can reflect the true experiences of nannies and household professionals across the Carolinas.
Our goal is to use this information to better support nannies, household staff, families, and the broader community. The more responses we receive, the more accurate and helpful the final report will be.
The survey will open on June 1st and close on July 15th. Anonymous results will be published in August.
