Carolina Super Nanny 2017
To celebrate the end of National Nanny Recognition Week, Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is awarding one special Nanny or Manny in the Carolina’s The FIRST ANNUAL Carolina Super Nanny Award – 2017. This award is given to one Nanny or Manny in the Carolina’s who is nominated by his or her family and has shown that they excel in being a super nanny on a daily basis. This year Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency received MANY nominations for deserving Nannies in town, from their families and members of the community who love them dearly. It was truly very hard to pick the winner of this award; however, we had to make a choice and pick a winner out of all the nominees. The winner of this year’s award was not only nominated by one family but by several families in the area and has proven herself to truly be one of Carolina’s Super Nannies. Thank you to all that submitted nominations and who were not nominated this year. Each and every one of you are truly a Carolina’s Super Nannies to us and the community! Keep up the good work! Fernanda Apablaza
Fernanda was nominated by her current family and three other families she works for in the community. Everyone who nominated her had the best things to say about her. Fernanda has most certainly left a good impression with every family she has cared for. Fernanda has been a Nanny for the past 8 years and currently works for a family that has 2 children. She has been working with them for the past three years. Fernanda provided top-notch service to the family throughout the years and they are so pleased to now have a Carolina Super Nanny working for them!
When her current family nominated Fernanda, some of the things they pointed out made Fernanda to be deserving of this award were: that she rarely calls out sick, is very flexible, and is always willing to drop whatever she is doing to help their family- in any way she can. They also expressed how Fernanda has truly become a part of their family, as they love her so much, and she has done such a great job for them over the years.
On a daily basis, Fernanda keeps their children active, cares about their well-being and ensures that they are healthy and happy, both physically and mentally. She also helps out with things around the house. Even going above and beyond helping with things that she knows needs to be taken care of and generally makes the parents lives easier.
In addition to her current family, Fernanda also works for several families outside of her main family on a regular basis, cares for her sister’s child, and volunteers her time providing childcare at church. Moreover, she helps provide expert care to teen moms in the area. Fernanda is always working and trying to find ways to make a difference in others lives. She is hard working and provides such valuable childcare and Nanny services, that we are confident in our decision in awarding Fernanda as Carolina Super Nanny 2017.
