Fourteen years ago, we set out with a mission to connect families with exceptional nannies and household professionals who bring not just skill, but heart, joy, professionalism, and a touch of magic into every home.
From our inception in 2012 to the present, we’ve grown into Charlotte and the Carolinas’ top nanny and household placement agency, assisting thousands of families, nannies, and household staff with their placements. Along the way, we’ve built lasting relationships with parents, nannies, babysitters, household staff, neighbors, and community members who now feel like extended family.

- Hosted National Nanny Training Day for 5 years and hosted countless other professional trainings for nannies and household professionals.
- Celebrated National Nanny Recognition Week 12 Years in a row to honor and uplift caregivers.
- Awarded the Carolina Super Nanny Award for 9 years, spotlighting extraordinary nannies in the Carolinas.
- Advocated for nannies and household staff at every opportunity. Including requiring legal pay, competitive wages, and competitive benefits.
