How Booking Works
Booking an On-Call Family Assistant is simple and convenient.
- Once a family is onboarded, they can submit requests through the online platform or via text.
- The system will then reach out to pre-screened providers who best match the family’s needs and availability. Once a provider accepts the booking, the family and provider are connected through a group text, allowing them to discuss important details before the scheduled shift.
- The provider will then work the booked shift. At the end of each shift, the family pays the provider directly for their time at the pre-negotiated hourly rate.
Pricing and Options
Families who sign up for this service pay a $200 annual registration fee.
Families who hire a permanent Nanny or Family Assistant through Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency have the registration fee waived for the first year.
Once onboarded, families may choose from two booking options:
One-Time Booking: Families may request support for single days as needed for a $35 booking fee.
Monthly Subscription Package: Families may subscribe for $49.95 per month and receive up to 3 bookings a month. Additional bookings beyond the three included are charged at $25 per booking. Bookings do not roll over and expire at the end of each month.
The hourly rate is paid directly to the Family Assistant by the family at the end of each booking.
