About Cyerra and The Training
Cyerra Buck is a native of North Carolina, Alum of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a fellow Nanny, and a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician with additional Transporting Children with Special Health Care Needs training.
When installing a car seat for the first time, Cyerra realized the important of child car seat safety and knew she needed to make changes to ensure she was upholding her responsibility to keep in the children in her community safe.
Cyerra will be discussing why car seats keep children safe, laws, best practices, registration and recalls, recycling, and the five key points of rear car seat safety: Selection, Direction, Location, Installation, and Harnessing. Cyerra’s goal is that each person she has the opportunity to teach and guide, asks questions and walks away more knowledgeable and comfortable than they were to start.
