Building Botanists: A Plant Exploration for Kids
UNCC is head starting a Future Botanists Explorer program for children. They will learn about living plants, that are fossil relatives of the plants that the giant Dinosaur herbivores munched on. Feel and examine up-close cool plants like ferns, horsetails, and club mosses. Then create your own green fossil print of a fern to take home. Registration: Email pmgross@uncc.edu.
