Darkness to Light Training
This Saturday Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency in partnership with Pat’s Place is hosting a Darkness to Light Sexual Abuse Prevention training, at Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center. This is an invaluable training for nannies, parents, and childcare givers. This training will educate us on how to recognize the signs, and help to prevent child abuse. At Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency we take safety very seriously and are happy to be able to provide this training to the community in partnership with Pat’s Place.
What is the Darkness to Light training?
Darkness to Light® Stewards of Children is a revolutionary sexual abuse prevention training that educates adults to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child abuse. The program believes and teaches that child safety is an adult’s job. Stewards of Children is designed for organizations that serve children and youth. It is the only child abuse prevention training that offers a certification, resource materials, and practical steps to preventing abuse.

The next Stewards of Children training will take place at Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center, 901 East Blvd., on April 1st from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. There is no charge but registration is required.
